What to expect when you participate in the Energy Savings Assistance Program
How can I verify if the person visiting me is approved by PG&E and an AGE employee?
Approved contractors certified to represent the Energy Savings Assistance Program must present a valid photo ID badge.
On the front of the badge:
On the Back of the badge:
- An AGE employee will contact you to initiate the process and they will schedule an appointment for a home visit.
- During the home visit, our staff will help you determine if you are eligible for the program and if so, help complete all necessary paperwork.
- If your home meets eligibility requirements, then we will begin performing customized home improvements on the same day of your initial home visit.
- After the installation, you may be contacted by an inspection specialist, to schedule a follow-up visit to ensure all improvements were installed correctly.

- Expiration date (must be current)
